I’m not quite sure how this happened. I made some dough from my Mom’s famous scone recipe, made four scones for me and the hubby, and then put the rest of the dough in one of those silicone baking pans to make a loaf of bread. It rose to just about the top of the pan and I put it into the oven. 45 minutes later it was about ready to touch the top of the next rack! It grew 4 or 5 inches taller than the pan, and since it was a silcone pan, it grew wider as well.
We had monster toast for breakfast this morning, and kisses. =)
