It’s been a while since I’ve participated in the photo friday challenges, but this was one that I couldn’t refuse! This is one of my favorite photos. It’s Halloween 2006 and I am dressed as the corpse bride (so much blue skin!), handing out candy at my parents drive thru trick-or-treat.

More modern-ness to love!
2modern has some lovely room ideas- these are my two favorites:
In the Woods from 2modern.
Green is Keen from 2modern.
And during some of my own scavenging I came up with these:
I ADORE this Sparrow crib from Oeuf. The Ubi Baby Deluxe changing table, and handknit aliens from Modern Nursery.

This week has been all about cleaning out our computer room and moving it into the living/sewing/craft room so that Jack can have his own special place when he’s born. This has created several small challenges for me:

A super family that attends our church has given us two [...]

Saturday I had the pleasure of eating in four different cities.
I had cereal and yogurt in Spokane, WA.
Asagio toasted bagel with cream cheese and cranberry juice was had in Seattle, WA.
Houston, TX found me eating a Schlotzky’s sandwich and Smoothie King smoothie.
Garth took me out to eat and the Olive Garden for dinner in Pensacola, [...]
good morning loves.
Shortly I will be traveling to the airport to begin my 10-plus-hour journey to Pensacola, FL.
I’ve packed up 20 years of journals (30-something in all) into a large suitcase and a box to be checked on to the plane. They’ll ride in it’s belly, as Jack rides in mine.
The more I have, [...]
